At the reception you can borrow various adapters.

We offer light summer blankets (wool blankets), synthetic bedding for allergy sufferers and additional blankets. Also available is a selection of different pillows (e.g. anti-aging premium down pillow, neck support pillow, cork pillow or horsehair flat pillow). Please contact the front desk for assistance.

If you require a daily change of bed linen, please notify the reception.

We ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. In case of a later departure, we naturally offer a luggage storage facility.

Let the healing power of the 33 °C warm Rheinfeld natural brine take effect on you and relax in the idyllic park landscape.

EDEN BRINE BATH

We are connected to the district heating system of Wärmeverbund Rheinfelden AG. This uses waste heat from various production processes at the Feldschlösschen brewery and supplies our company with heating water. We are grateful if you help to save energy by:
• Opening the windows only for short ventilation during the heating period.
• Reducing the heating temperature when you sleep with the window open.
• Laying terrycloth linen on the floor when it needs to be changed.

If needed, an iron and ironing board are available at the reception.

Please use the laundry bag in your room for laundry that needs to be washed, ironed or cleaned. For drop-off times and prices for the service, please refer to the list provided separately.

Please contact the reception to use the luggage service.

Domestic animals are very welcome in our house. We charge a fee of CHF 30 per pet per night.

We ask for your understanding that we can only be liable for valuables if they are kept in the room safes. Please lock your room when leaving and deposit the room key at the reception.

At the reception there are various utensils for the care and cleaning of your shoes.

A place to arrive: Sit back and balance your mind and body. Massages for all the senses, cosmetic treatments or a short break at the end of the day: with our specialized professionals you are in the very best hands.

SPA EDEN

The separation and reduction of waste is very important to us. There is a collection bin for PET and plastic in the corridor. Paper and other waste can be disposed of in the rooms. We use toilet paper with an ecological certificate and eliminate individual packaging in the bathroom wherever possible.

Various hygiene products can be obtained at the reception.
